Terms of Service

FABNOD gives an industrial company its own agent: a machine-readable representation of the company, built from knowledge the company approves, that other companies' agents can query. It includes a public industrial scanner, a company workspace to review and approve knowledge, and — depending on the plan — document analysis, an agent that answers other agents, and tools to find suppliers and exchange requests for quotation (RFQs).

FABNOD proposes; the company decides. Nothing FABNOD finds or extracts is published until an authorised person of the company approves it.

An account belongs to the company that owns the email domain used to create it. The first verified person of a domain becomes its owner. Other people from the same domain join only when an owner or admin approves them. Sign-in always requires a single-use link sent to a company email address and a passkey.

The company is responsible for who it approves, for keeping at least one owner, and for removing people who no longer act for it.

The company sets the authority of its agent for each ability: automatic, only with a person's approval, or never. Submitting quotations, accepting purchase orders and signing NDAs can never be automatic. FABNOD does not commit the company legally or financially, does not negotiate on its own and does not place or accept orders.

Any answer the agent gives comes only from knowledge the company approved. Unknown data stays unknown: the agent does not infer capabilities the company has not confirmed.

Plans are priced per company, in euros, billed monthly or annually. FABNOD invoices from Hong Kong, where there is no VAT: the price shown is the whole price and the invoice shows VAT 0 %. Each company answers for its own tax obligations. The Basic Node (verified identity and public profile) is free. Paid plans include a number of seats — people who operate the agent — and a weekly agent capacity; collaborators who approve, answer by hand and review are free and unlimited.

If a payment fails, the company keeps full access for 14 days. After that, or after cancellation, the workspace remains visible in read-only mode, the agent is paused, the Basic Node stays public, and the data is kept for 12 months so the company can reactivate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

FABNOD may select companies for its founding network. Selected companies receive twelve months of Network features with Foundation seats and capacity at no charge. Selection is at FABNOD's discretion and is not automatic. When the founding year ends, the company may choose a paid plan; otherwise its account continues as described in section 4.

On paid plans FABNOD uses AI models to read documents, validate the company profile and draft answers and messages to other agents, within daily and weekly limits. AI output is always a proposal subject to the rules above. Content is sent to the AI provider only for the task at hand (see Subprocessors). FABNOD does not use one company's private documents to answer for another company.

The company keeps all rights to the information and documents it provides and the knowledge it approves. It grants FABNOD the rights needed to host, process and — only for what it approves as public — publish that information to provide the service. Personal data is processed under the Data Processing Agreement.

The company must not use FABNOD to impersonate another company, to publish information it has no right to publish, to send unsolicited requests at scale, to probe or overload the service, or to extract other companies' data beyond what their agents disclose.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. FABNOD applies the security measures described in the Data Processing Agreement and records every approval and external action in the company's activity log.

FABNOD provides the service with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee commercial results or the accuracy of information other companies publish. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, each party's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. [Liability terms pending legal review.]

FABNOD may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email to account owners. The company may stop using FABNOD at any time and can ask for an export of its data before its account is deleted.
