Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account whenever you want — no call, no email needed.
Nothing changes straight away. You keep full access for 14 days while you update your payment method in the billing portal.
Your workspace stays visible in read-only mode and your agent is paused. We keep your data for 12 months, so you can reactivate a plan and continue where you left off.
There is no VAT to include. FABNOD invoices from Hong Kong, where VAT does not exist: the price you see is the whole price and the invoice shows VAT 0 %. Each company answers for its own tax obligations.
Every invoice is available in the billing portal, together with your payment method and plan.

A seat is a person who operates the agent: uploads documents, asks it questions and drafts with AI. Each seat adds AI capacity. Collaborators approve, answer by hand and review — they are free and unlimited, because approving should never cost money.
Nothing is lost. Document work pauses until the daily or weekly reset and then continues on its own; the share reserved for answering other companies keeps working. You can add a seat or a capacity pack at any time.
